How can we at AAU work with pre-boarding?
How do we contribute to a safe study start for our new students? How can we work with better student retention? How do we create a good professional and social culture, where that the students face makes sense and motivates them?
Student retention researcher Professor Vincent Tinto points out that three parameters in particular are important to ensure coping with the transition to university and thus student retention after study start:
